Over the last 30+ years, I have created and built up several tech startups. In 1997, I partnered up and started an internet service provider. Once we had hired our first employee, I realized immediately that entrepreneurship was about them, not about me. Over the generations, I have mentored several wonderful human beings who have gone on to do great things. While my ego would love to think it was because of me, the reality is that all I really did was help them to realize their full potential; to see what was deep inside, and harness it in ways to not only impact the world around us, but to go on and have rich, fulfilling lives.

I am both a dad and a foster dad. To say that these experiences have been far and away the most rewarding (and sometimes challenging) of my life would be an understatement. In total, I am the proud dad to eight incredibly dynamic and unique kids.

My experience gives me a one-of-a-kind perspective on life that allows me to relate to almost everyone, no matter their age or experience. I believe that each generation has something to contribute to society, whether it’s the wisdom and experience that comes from being older or the passions, idealism, and intellect of the younger generations.

Working with people and seeing them thrive is my greatest joy.
